Visit Types
Standard Visits
We will attend any area within our practice catchment for routine calls during normal working hours. If your visit is not on an ‘area day’, the visit fee will depend on the distance from the clinic and any adjacent visits that may help reduce travel costs. Emergency visits are available across all areas at any time.
Zonal Visit Scheme (Save on Call-Out Fees)
Our zonal visit scheme offers significantly reduced visit fees for clients who book routine visits on specific days in designated areas. This scheme makes visits more affordable and helps reduce unnecessary travel for our vets — benefiting both you and the environment.
Use the second map on this page to check your zone and its allocated visit day. Booking on your zonal day is the best value option and ensures we can offer an efficient and sustainable service for all our clients.

We operate a zonal visit system, which allows us to offer reduced call-out fees in specific areas on set days of the week.
We are in each practice area once a week and offer reduced price visits to clients in that area. This reduces our driving time allowing us to see more patients. Please book with 24 hours’ notice – book early to ensure you get a space. For zonal visits we can’t guarantee which practice vet you will see or the time. We will try to give you an estimated time in the morning and at least 30 minutes notice before arriving. This is not for in-depth investigations or vettings.
